The reason you get kicked to map 4 is lean condition. AFR goes lean.
Fueling appears to be fine , so I dont see that being the issue, which is why I asked...

Thats crazy !
As far as the lean for 1/2 sec or so...honestly feel its ok and may actually not be running as lean as it would appear. I believe the Jb4 has a slight lag reporting on that.
