From the data i've seen map one (+4 lbs) with good pump fuel and reasonable air is worth +60 to +70 engine horse power. So yes an easy 600+ at the motor.

There isn't actually a stock psi as it will change all over the world with the conditions. With cool air and low altitude on 93+ fuel I would expect 12-13psi at 5000rpm peak based on my own logs.

Negative. My logs show the ECU asking for 12psi at the top of the rev range. Add 6psi to that and you get not much more than hot air on these turbos at 6500 rpm

I had to knock it back a few psi...
