You can run map 7 when want to get the extra ponies but I will advise against running it permanently.
Map 7 is really aggressive throughout the rpm curve and your stock turbos can’t handle the abuse...

If you have metal shavings in your oil from rod bearings it’s highly likely you will hear rod-knock and there will be a whole lot of shavings in your oil filter.
