Timing values (Ign1 field) appear to indicate your car is experiencing pre-ignition and trying to compensate by pulling back spark advance. What fuel are you running (brand and octane rating)?

Looks great...looks like Map 5 is doable for you. Wherever you filled up with gas...stick with it. Not all 93 is created equal so I found it is best to stick with the brand that is working for you....

Don't worry about the pedal value as long as you are getting 100% throttle when you want it. Logs look very healthy. Trims are maxing so you are getting to the limit on your fuel delivery system...
