check your powersteering pump pulley. They are notorious for commoing into contact with the subframe after a major jolt like that . thats where i would put my money.

Put a few cups of ice in the motor this will make the vege oil coagulate and fall out of solution then you can just scoop it out and be good to go

I wouldn't plug your pcv valve imo. And are you sure it's not injectors? When's the last time you changed oil? N54 motors generally make some lifter noise.

It should probably be fine, I only replaced one decoupling element on my injectors and I've had them out several times, you should be good to pull them, when you do inspect the shaft of the injector...

Ah I see, then it may be the wonky injector that's the problem, one piece of advice would be to make sure that the little metal tab that keeps the injector centered is not broken off to the point...

My ramps are slightly taller than most as they are homemade. But sometimes haveing the car too high in the air can be annoying I prefer to keep things as close as I can do if it falls it doesn't fall...
