That's among the worst N54 data-logs I've seen in my life. I shouldn't even make it N54 specific...this is terrible.

I have been running the Phoenix PI manifold for about 8 months now. Can't say there's any real difference or noticeable downside. As mentioned, when you're moving there is enough airflow that the...

I finally got my port injection up and running a couple weeks ago. Once installed I flashed the MHD Hybrid Turbo E85 BEF. I don't have an ethanol analyzer but the current mix should put me right...

Very common. I don't know the exact regulations by state, but "E85" typically varies from about 50-83%. As far as I'm aware, actual 85% ethanol at a pump would be very rare to find as 83% is...

If the water pump isn't at the local lost & found then it's really a toss up. OK sorry terrible joke, but this is one of my favorite DTC's of all time. As if a water pump just randomly goes missing...

Absolutely. To answer your other questions. Yes, data-logs would be helpful here. However, any stored DTC's would be great.

If you want MHD tunes in the future then it can't hurt to get the...

Sounds like you found the flaws in changing too many things at once. Really hard to say what's causing the issues.

What's your spark plug setup? Logs? Tuning? Other mods? Actual 19T turbos like...

The above is a solid article, and there are a few other blogs with detailed posts on N54 issues.

I'd say outside of what's listed above a few other areas that can be problematic include:

Between slow spool, no boost, black soot, rattle, and white smoke it sounds like your turbos are done. Hard to say for sure without seeing/hearing the car in person or more data, though.

How do...

Yeah go 6466 IMO. As Ruski stated you really won't notice much difference, if any. All else equal including tuning, the 6466 will take some extra RPMs to spool. However, it's a small difference and...

Did you just recently upgrade turbos? When you say you have the JB4 bypassed you mean you're running the car on map 4? Is there also a back-end flash or any custom flash?

More info on the specific...

I personally really like DI only apart from the carbon build-up issues. Regardless, I went with PI partly because I don't trust the HPFP overdrives but mostly because PI is proven. Port injection...

If you want to ensure some stuff is good for the longer run while also having some fun I'd mix in some mods alongside a bit more preventative maintenance. If Cobb and FMIC are your only two mods I'd...

Valid point. RB GF's will deliver a lot of power without needing too much torque. Of course, the torque is going to come in faster and harder on the twins and that is tougher on the engine, clutch,...
