What spark plugs are you using? BMS JB Stage 1 N20

N20 with a Stage 1 BMS JB Stage 1. I am getting some studder around 2700 rpm. Feels just like it did on my N54 when my plugs needed changed. Just curious which plugs you are using? Car has 45k miles...
