We will look into when time allows. The AFR safety is over sensitive on this firmware version and when the car is in max spool mode and the ECU runs it lean the JB4 does the autoswitch.

See what your Last safety value is. This value changes when the safety is used and shows last stored safety. Sometimes if LC is held for long its usually a lean trigger in first or second.

Yes. If you have the fuel plug and BCM connected its not recommended to be driven without OBD so you can just unplug outside the test place.

You can lean out the AFR by lowering the fuel bias. Try make the values 20 from 4000 to 7000 and it will lean it out.

On spool up and peak boost the car will run leaner and then enrich. It does this as its in max spool mode to get the boost up as quick as possible.

There are two ways to do it.
If the value at 1500rpm is below 10 its additive which means it will add over the ECU request. If its over 10 it will target that as absolute boost pressure.

Sorry missed this. Yes, similar to Group 7 but with different firmware.
The Group 7 do not have the chip set that solved the no boost issues for the RS3 though.

There are no long term concerns with such low ethanol use. We look at markets where they have E30 at the pump and the cars do not have...
