You can clear it with JB4 if it shows up, but best way is use something like an Autel. For some reason the Launch tool won’t clear codes or history codes in my car.

Burger Air Intakes, Muffler Delete, Denso IKH24 .022, JB4 w/fuel wires, Map 5, Fuel It,OCC from burger, Pedal tuner, E30 (E85 pump @ E70 with 93 pump)

Changed the logging to 90% WOT Start Threshold.
I believe that's what I should have it set at and not sure about the Logging...
