O2 sensors gone south?

I suspect that my O2 sensors or *** are faulty. I have a stock 535xi with JB4 and DCI.
The max mileage that I'm getting is 7.8km/l about 18MPG on highway or 14.8MPG mix.

I changed the injectors...
