The NGK plugs on the website will be fine. As for coils and injectors, personally I'd replace them when needed rather than just arbitrarily unless the car is high miles. Then it's a judgement call...

Some slight timing corrections on map 1 but more aggressive corrections on map 2. I'd probably stick with map 1 and add a bit more octane for map 2.

Log looks clean, don't see any issues with that. If cylinder 3 is the root cause and repeatable, you could try systematically swapping plug, coil, injector to if the misfire follows.
