Unless the turbo itself is smoking, I would assume it's a PCV related issue. If it's not PCV, and the turbo is fine, you have way deeper issues then a new external part.

Anything over 500 I prefer ST. I run around at 500whp on my ST on pump and enjoy it 150% more then the twin setup. And its 150X more reliable.
