Congrats on the car.
I may be wrong, but I think you should be able to select maximum boost per gears 1-2-3 in the Options page just before flashing. So try reflashing limiting your boost...

That's probably not necessary. I've done emissions testing with flash turns - both pump gas was well as e85/93 blend. But keep in mind if you change the flash or reset codes you'll not have OBD...
