I have never replaced the V-band clamp at the DP. I have used a new gasket on a new ******** but have not changed the gasket if moving that ******** to another car. Never had any issues.

Is your E30 verified or an estimate? Log looks pretty good. My 125 mph trap was on 20.5 psi and 10 degrees of timing. This isn't far off from that.
