Turns out the system was in configuration mode. you must always set the MIN/MAX and dont keep the MIN and MAX at 1 or it goes into config mode.

FYI, if you use a checkvalve that will not work very well. Air gets drawn in from the wiper nozzle and locks up the system. Not ideal, even with a solenoid as it will still draw in air bubbles...

I have seen some cases where the customer did not listen to the 30% rule...
