I never had problems until BMW recalled my HPFP...

I never had problems until BMW recalled my HPFP and replaced a perfectly working pump ! it takes about 7 seconds for the motor to start...ive learned to live with it............goes back in feb ///M...

Ran map 6 on 93 octane for about a mile...got a SES light..im assuming this is because its not running race fuel....activated the code clearing...

Go back and double check all connections the new...

Go back and double check all connections the new harness connections can be easily missed id say retrace your steps..make sure you leave the key away from the car (if CA) and let the ECU sit inactive...
