Map 2 for high torque and map 3 for more linear...

Map 2 for high torque and map 3 for more linear power delivery. Map 3 peaks with a bit more power higher up than map 3. Worth testing them both and seeing which you prefer.

The maps are more based on octane than on hardware so let me know what octane fuel you use and I can give you your options. The ECU and JB4 will compensate for the flow of the exhaust changes.

Correct without positap you can make the fuel bias values 0 but its not really needed as the AFR is inactive. The only thing it will do though is give you accurate AFR readings as it takes the bias...

When map switching there is hardly any adaption. If you in a area that is safe to run 3rd and 4th then it do both gears flat. Otherwise third is fine and you can stop the log after the gearchange.

No need to gap the plugs. On 91 we recommend map 3 and 93 map 4 on the Cayenne. WE havent had a Cayenne on the dyno but the Macan S has the same motor.
