Yes, with V2 they become side specific. There is an option to invert them if swapped on the JB4 side. But if the ECU side connectors are swapped that can only be corrected by swapping them back.

You could make an extension if you want to rig up...

You could make an extension if you want to rig up some sort of quick connect bypass thing, or just add connectors to the solenoid wires directly to allow you to loop the wires if needed.

He's talking about a more extreme position where one turbo is making a lot less boost than the other. And these are large turbos not factory. :) I would not expect most on stock turbos to pickup more...

Effectively yes, although physically we also added some additional inputs and areas for future expansion on the V2 board. But nothing you would use if you didn't first install the BCM wires.
