It's dutycycle just like the factory EKP... So it allows you to run the pump at slower speeds if you want to avoid over heating it or adding more heat to the fuel by pushing it around the regulator.

They address different things. Even with our BEF you're still going to benefit from the extra octane, cooling, and fuel volume of WMI.

What fuel are are you using? Pump or do you have easy E85...
