That sounds like a different sort of an issue...

That sounds like a different sort of an issue like fuel pressure crashing, or throttle closure. Grab a log of it next time!

Logs look good, fuel trims in range. AFR will drop in higher gears as modeled EGT increases.

If you mismatch firmware and settings then the boost logging won't be accurate. tmap has to be set back to 0 on previous firmware, where the new firmware forces a value of 1.

If you got a CEL make sure you don't delete codes, need to read that CEL so you know what cylinder is acting up. It should still be there maybe try reading with a generic OBDII reader just to rule...
