I’m scheduled for the TSB repair this Thursday. I’ll let you know how it shakes out. Thanks again for the info! If this fixes it, it’s going to make a lot of CX-5 owners happy.

Will the CX-5’s JB4 continue to utilize the connection at the intercooler, or will further development see that connection point migrate north to the MAF? I’m not a fan of the work involved...

I’m going to say it’s tuning on the CX-5’s as they received the same bump and didn’t see any intercooler changes.

I prefer Mazda247.com which covers all Mazda’s, with CX-5 and CX-9 forums getting the most traffic. I think their Mazda 3 forum will grow quite a bit with the release of the new 2.5T.

Mazda is supposed to be introducing a Mazda 3 with the 2.5T on 7/8/20. That should certainly increase the interest in a tune for these motors.

I'm planning on picking up a new CX-5 turbo this...
