You won't gain with an MHD flash instead of a BEF. Focus on air (turbo) and fuel (hpfp and lpfp). Air + fuel = power.

Looks like a cylinder 1 misfire, which is usually caused by coil packs or spark plugs. A log would make it easier to diagnose. Do you have one?

This is scary. Really high boost, lean, hpfp very low. I think you have a wastegate issue, causing extreme overboosting. My question is why the JB4 didn't throw you into a safety map.
