Hole in AC line. R134 all drained out -- need to replace dryer/compressor?

Long story short - used a sawzall on the front inlets.

I wasn't aware there's a device that absorbs moisture in the compressor, so I didn't bother covering the hole for over 48 hours.

Thanks for proving my point. If the budget morimo brand comes in at the cbi lux level -- the cbb, nightbreakers, and xtremevision g2 are over 30% brighter.

Sounds pretty disappointing to me.

I have a bad leak from the fitting. Seems to be coming from the push connector, not the threads. Ando from BMS did offer a solution to just purchase a new nylon push connector from the website...
