You can regap the stock plugs for Map1. For anything more, get colder plugs.

Not sure what the stock plugs are for your car but the Stinger and G70 2.0T is a heat range of 8. SO the direct replacement is the HKS 40XL and if you want to go one step colder, the 45XL.
