Im not as experienced as some of the BMS guys however your fuel trims seem to be maxing out which usually indicates you are running lean. If i were you i would definitely get a walbro 450 LPFP...

You need to do Wide open throttle logs in 3rd gear. Otherwise we are unable to tell what is going on. WOT 2500 Rpm to redline in 3rd gear logs are the best way to identify issues.
