Yeah, at first I had adjusted the bias to 55 and the ff to 60 but did not change the PID to 20 and the auto shift reduction to 60. I think it was causing some slight overboosting.

Yes, mixing about 4 gals and the rest 91 should be good. Make sure to run it down as close to empty as possible as you will start to stack ethanol if you don't get the mix right. Its not a bad idea...

Looks good to me, timing, afr, and boost all look good for 91 octane. You are reaching a max of about 15 psi. You may be able to get another psi on 91 octane but I would not push it past 16 psi on 91.

Tanabe is better quality. Rev9 is slip fit instead of flanges and usually needs some adjustment for proper fitment via many people who have used it. It will work and the adjustments are fairly minor....
