Based on WGDC being maxed & the proximity of the new part install- yes, I'd say it's safe to assume there is a leak somwhere. Not uncommon especially w. newly installed parts.

Proper logs are usually 3rd gear, WOT, 2k to redline w. traction control fully disabled.
