More likely to be octane limited. Your fuel pressures weren't getting that low, it appears your HPFP solenoid is erratic but rail pressures remain in the normal range.

The sensors appear to be reading okay but if swapped...it could cause an issue like this. Have you tried resetting adaptions and verified they aren't swapped if any work was recently done?
