Fleabay 17t's Log Sanity Check

Howdy!

Just recently completed installation of the infamous Chinese TD04-17t's. I've configured JB4 accordingly and flashed the I8A0S hybrid race map via MHD. I've got a little bit of E85 left...

The water pump, IBS (Intelligent Battery Sensor) and oil condition sensor all share the same bus. Sometimes when one dies, it brings down the whole bus.

You mention a bad battery; what if you try...

Sanity Check

I feel like boost should be a little more stable. It feels good with BEF RACE map + some E85.

How's she look?

I very much appreciate your time and thoughts!

Logs Before/After DV Replacement

I am curious about something. I suspect my DVs were a bit leaky for a while given the log data. I'd notice that PWM would continue to climb to try and maintain target boost and struggled at times.

I used P/N: 13 53 8 648 937. A Google search will bring 'em up for $90-130/each. I found them at a BMW dealership a couple months ago and my local dealer price matched -- I walked out with 6 index 12...

Hybrid Pump BEF Tame Timing?

I've flashed the latest BEF (pump) using MHD. Nothing special on the car: DCI, FMIC. The logs look really clean in map 1, but I feel the timing is a bit too conservative?

It's not necessarily a...

I pulled codes with INPA and saw one for...

Here are a couple more logs. It's about 85 out today. Though intake temps don't seem too bad.

Anything look odd? I remember the days when timing across all buckets would be relatively in sync. Not...

DTC was off for all runs. I've reset adaptations twice and have gone through a few tanks with this bizarre issue.

The most frustrating thing is that it's not consistent. Except that timing is all...

Running pump gas (93). Near sea-level at 2-300 feet. She's at 111,000 miles. Turbos and HPFP were replaced at 90k. The PO dropped DCI and an intercooler (not sure of the size/brand). I'm sure it's...

Zero timing has me stumped.

I'm a loss as to what's going on. I recently put in new stock plugs and afterwards did some logging. She hasn't been pulling as well as she used to. I did fix a vacuum leak and that resulted in...
