The boost additive will determine peak target when E85 mixture is E55 or higher. Do a log with the 70 setting on your desired mix and lets evaluate the scaling.
E10 should be between map1 and map2.

I don't see why not, although our truck doesn't appear to have Sport+ mode as an option. If you have it drop me a JB4 log at idle with that mode selected, I'll see if we're reading it properly!

Technically 87 octane won't melt the car down but leave the JB4 on map0 if you're going to do it. Or at least don't go racing around if JB4 is stuck enabled.
