You should find a camera/GPS system that doesn't require OBDII data.

But map1 or map2 without OBDII is workable with minimal tuning drawback, you just don't get the extra safety systems.

For starters set open loop to 0 so the JB4 isn't further lowering fuel trims.

If trims still bottom out then you need to run the E85_PI BEF. WMI has a similar fueling effect as PI.

I've used those before and they always eventually leak. I would not suggest it. The threads are also really tall so may impact fluid spray pattern out of the injector.

Normally you'd want to scale off a mechanical pressure gauge, since electrical gauges are subject to variances such as the zero position and voltage scaling...

Timing seems OK, you're just not full throttle and not at a high enough RPM where we'd have timing rampig up towards redline.

It's not gear that is increasing boost, it's following IAT, since the targeting is load based not boost based. Note when IAT drops at the end boost follows.
