Stock 437M rear wheels are actually 19x10 ET40, but 19x9.5 should be okay with 285/35/19. Depending on how much power you're pushing, you may need to step things up to a 305mm tire width.

DME tamper code is due to a flash tune. I've seen this numerous times recently with BM3, but not with MHD so far. Then again, it could've been a completely different flasher that generated the code....
