make new, start in the third gear at about 2-2500 rpm and drive the 3 and at least the 4 gear completely, preferably the 5 gear even more

if you mean with FF wires the fuel wires, no, only the EWG wires. The FF wires are supposed to bring no difference.
There is no ethanol, drive with normal Ultimate 102 Octane...
