Stock psi, whatever the door jam says. I think 33/36? I have less understeer for sure with the new setup. Rear traction seems only slightly improved. I'm used to running A/s's though.

Yeah, but with 40% e85 you're going to be upwards of 380rwhp/400rwtq and they are heavy. I guess to me a few car lengths is destroyed. I would guess 3 car lengths or more.

Terry - PLEASE post a ton of pictures of the tear down and internals. I don't know that I've ever seen the N54 torn down, and certainly not JB4'd at your mileage.

According to ER, the 09+ "longer" pipe fits all 335's and they recommend using the longer version regardless of year, claiming it is a superior design. Can you confirm this is correct?
