No codes other than boost pressure lower than expected? After you clear them it comes up right away? Or does the car feel normal for a few runs?

Have you checked the wiring to EWG?

This was all developed for the driverside to be PNP.
Check the install guide and you'll see why.

The factory trans cooler are OEM spec...

You're off target boost. FF is not gaining either and I don't think you have that bit enabled, right?

Is bit 3 enabled on your FUD settings? If so, disable it so you have FF/Gain in RPM.

You have a short in the system, upping the fuse is dangerous.

Check all your wiring, maybe something is cut and making contact to the car.
