I'd verify the pump 1st (connect power directly)...

I'd verify the pump 1st (connect power directly) and work my way backwards from there. Make sure when you purge you are on the meth map or it won't work.

The DME determines the AFR's and yes, they do run...

The DME determines the AFR's and yes, they do run lean from the factory. But you're not running very much boost and you don't have any timing corrections....looks normal. ;)

Its not uncommon for ECU to adjust boost based on a variety of factors. Map 4 with the absolute target resolves that issue.

If/when only running pump gas on stock...

If/when only running pump gas on stock turbos...no need to run PI and I'd run the pump flash.

When you run E85 or significant mixes of ethanol, then I'd run PI and the E85 BEF.

Map 6 looks pretty clean to me. Timing, AFR's and trims look good. WGDC is getting up there so probably another couple #'s left and then you'll be pretty well maxed out.

Not all fuel is created equal...before going to a lot of trouble, I'd change sources, try some octane booster/ethanol, or some race gas to see if that cleans up the timing.
