DON'T load the EWG firmware as the JB4 is PWG.
You can install as-is and use map 1 and 2 with the PWG firmware on it.
You will just skip the boost solenoid connector and install the rest

Most likely a boost leak. Check the chargepipe....

Most likely a boost leak.
Check the chargepipe. Even if it looks okay remove it as sometimes it can crack on the opposite side and you can't see it.
