Check your coolant level, if it's unusually low then you have found your problem. The coolant has to go somewhere if it's low.

That boost and timing are both insane. I would love to see full E85 too some day. I'm amazed the turbo is holding boost that high. Such an improvement over the N55. I'd love the idea of a B58 only...

I would imagine that smoke in the exhaust would not be related t oa valve cover which would cause external seepage of oil. Though I have a leaking VC and I dont have smoke out my exhaust.. ;)
