No known issues so post up a JB4 log if you need assistance. If using a 2step make sure you have the latest v15 update for twin or v139 for single turbo.

If you unplug the OBDII with the JB4 running it...

If you unplug the OBDII with the JB4 running it may reset triggering faults to the sensors it's attached to. They are easily cleared once OBDII is replaced.

The ECU has to power down to restart...

Map4 looks pretty clean. Can do a run on map5 just for comparisons sake. On the E85 mix I'd keep that where it's at.

If the car runs OK with the JB4 out then the TMAP ground is likely OK. You can always send in the JB4 board if you want us to test it out on the bench.
