If you have the stock TMAP sensor, change the setting for N20 TMAP from 1 to 0. You have it set as if you have upgraded the TMAP so it is scaling the sensor incorrectly.

I always manual shift around 6K, it does a better job of keeping the car where it has power. On average, the gearshift drops around 1k RPM, so the engine stays between 5-6k.
