Issue updating firmware with JB4
 

Hello,

I’ve just tried to update the firmware to version 8 on my Q50 and am having trouble to download and update.

The app has now changed recently for firmware updates via the app, but I can’t get the app to show the current version 8 firmware.

I also tried using the link provided via the forum for firmware update but no progress there either.

Please can someone provide instructions on how to update the JB4 firmware for my Q50.

I just learned something new, i tried updating on mine and it kept disconnected right before I would start the update process.
I dont know if this works for Apple phones but I have an android and I realized that you have to uncheck the option: "Disconnect on backgroup".
The actual process of downloading the firmware file into your phone you need to follow the process within the app.
