I have a 2021 X5 M50i with the "new" ECM.
Can the JB4 clear codes on this vehicle?

I'm not sure...are you able to press the start button 3 times quickly to enter diagnostics mode? If so, do that and try reading/clearing codes.

Yep, you gotta go into diagnostic mode, and then read/clear codes. It cannot do it when it’s “on” like older ones.
