Q50 BMS Stage 1 map retention
 

Hi all!

Noob here so don't flame too much. I've got a 21 awd Q50 luxe with AMS cold air intake, ams lower *********, Infiniti Sport exhaust kit and BMS Stage 1. Running map 3 with 5 pounds of boost added. It rips😳😳😳. Idk what the output is but it's way more fun now.

Anyhow, question is if when I take out the stage 1 to bring it in for service, do I have to reprogram the map or will it retain the updated map even after being disconnected?

Nope....just remove...reinstall, and there should be no changes on the JB4 side.
