No connectivity?
 
Hi all,

After reading other threads, I have concluded that the previous owner of my JB4 didn't unpair his bluetooth device, hence it will not allow another connection.

Is there an e-mail for support to undo this?

When you go to connect if you need to contact anyone it will prompt you what to do.

Thanks for your response, Terry. I sense your frustration with these noob questions, and I don't mean to annoy. Your product is tremendous! :D

When I try and connect bluetooth, it tries to handshake, and then asks for the hardware connections to be checked. These are all okay, power at BT unit.

When using USB, it fails, even with the correct port.

If you can't connect with either device then maybe the 2580 chipset is damaged on the board and needs to be replaced.

What's the easiest way to diagnose and repair please?

I have the invoice from the original retailer.
