MFactory Solid Diff Bushings

Hey guys,

we've just finished our new batch of Solid Diff Bushings:

http://www.teammfactory.com/images/other/e92bush.jpg

- Made from Thermoplastic Vulcanizate, not cheap polyurethane
- Offers the hardness of plastic for a more solid mount
- Offers the elasticity of rubber for unsurpassed durability
- Self-Lubricating and resistant to oil and the elements
- Will not crack or deform like polyurethane or rubber

These replace all 3 of the Differential Carrier Bushings (2 x Front, 1 x Rear), effectively locking the Differential Carrier in place and removing any sloppiness associated with worn bushings.

The result is a much more stable rear-end, increasing traction and reducing wheel-hop.

Please Note: Due to the Differential Carrier having a more solid mount to the subframe, there may be a slight increase in NVH

MSRP: $149.95 + Shipping
Forum Special: FREE Worldwide Shipping

Please let me know if you have any questions :)

We have thought about it, but want to wait to see how well these Diff Bushings go down first :)

MFactory 05-05-2015 10:09 PM

Please send me a PM to order :)

MFactory 05-08-2015 11:24 AM

Still a couple more left at the special introductory pricing :)

I'm interested but concerned about NVH. I currently have power flex purple... Which has no increased NVH over stock. Has anyone installed these and offered a review?

MFactory 05-23-2015 03:57 PM

If you're not noticing any NVH with your current poly bushes, you won't notice any with these.

How tough is the install? Do they require a press or can they just be tapped in?

Are they as hard (material hardness) as the other options like solid aluminum/delrin offered by other companies? I was just about to install delrin but saw yours as another option...

MFactory 05-24-2015 08:09 AM

They can be installed just like any other bushings, so not too difficult, no.

When we say "solid" bushings, we mean that they are solid in the literal sense, not in terms of hardness (i.e oem bushings are hollow).

When most refer to Aluminium/Delrin bushings as solid, they refer to their hardness (i.e solid instead of soft).

As our bushes are TPV (50/50 plastic/rubber), they still exhibit the same hardness/compression properties as hard rubber bushings, so are not as "hard" as Aluminium/Delrin.

Thank you for the clarification. I'm looking for a harder bushing...

What do you got for my E61? Still N54 powered and modified and very in need of your support in this area.. Didn't see anything at all listed on your website for 535s...

MFactory 06-14-2015 08:54 AM

I've never checked yet on the E60. Will need to do some research for you.
