Which sway bar kit
I have my eye on the eibach sway bar kit, for $291 it doesn't seem like a bad deal. Does anybody have any experience with that kit or other kits and what do you think of them? Would primarily be a daily driver with occasionally twisty roads.

What shocks would you be getting?

I am planning on keeping the stock springs and doing Bilstein B6's on all corners.

Just make sure you are getting the B6 Adjustable shocks. Stock replacements would be a complete waste of money, since you must have adjustments to compensate for a stiffer swaybar. While you are in there doing swaybars though, might as well do subframe bushings, maybe even an LSD, since those are all in the same area.

Oh, any I can't comment on other sway bars, but for the most part you will get different handling tendencies, stiffer rear/front, tendency to under/oversteer. Again, I am biased with my H&R sway bars, they do the job extremely well.

I think B4 shocks are considered stock replacements, B6 are a little sportier than stock and B8 is adjustable, but they dont recommend B8 with stock springs, ya I want to do a wavetrac but not sure I want to spend the money lol. My car had a production month of 01/2008 and is an A/T so I'm supposed to have the bolted diff.

Just make sure that whatever shocks you go with have adjustment for rebound by itself, or have compression/rebound in one setting. The better coil over sets have individual adjustment.

I have just exchanged the rear shocks (Sachs) with all the related bushings etc + rear sway bar (stock was 13mm, now it is M3 22,5mm irrc) and M3 supporting frame silentblocks...
Well, the result is somehow mixed feelings... ride is definitely not any harsh (old shocks were leaking), road noise pretty much the same, tail is firmer when going out of exit... however... you get inside wheel spin any time you look at the gas during cornering, even jacking the car up shows how stiff the bar is (wheel goes up almost immediately)...

And the worst is that this all have not solved my problem with unstable rear at higher speeds (on/off gas steer, 150km/h not feeling stable, even hard braking from these speeds upset the rear)...
I have replaced the rear M3 arms, had the geometry done (car goes straight, doesn't pull anywhere, rear tires hold thread fine). I have ordered aftermarket toe arms, other than that I have no clue where the play is hiding...
