19 M550 JB4 Codes and Drivetrain malfunction help
 

Hi All.

Recently Had my JB4 installed ( at dealer )

It was running fine for about a week, then one afternoon I got a CEL when starting the car. I ran the Mobile App to find the code. Nothing... I had no issues with car at all.

A few days later, I got a drivetrain malfunction and went into limp mode. After running the app again to check for codes i got a code 120908.I was in map 3 driving spirited and when I let of the gas, the malfunction popped up. I parked the car and let it sit overnight. Upon restarting, The Drivetrain malfunction was still there. The car was driving just fine. After a few days the CEL disappeared but the drivetrain malfunction was still there.

After reaching out to BMS I did a few logs and was told to update the firmware which I did.

Immediately after the firmware update I recieved a CEL again and several new codes.
