jb4 alfa romeo giulia software questions
 

last night we set up the jb4 tune and everythings wired and connected to my laptop. now this is where we need help. i have no idea how to set the software to the correct data. our car is shooting codes and lights are on. the car didnt even turn off when we pushed the start/stop button, so we had to disconnect the battery overnight. we called every tune shop near us and no one had answers. has anyone else experienced this?? whats my next step?
