JB4 on already tuned car - conflict??

I have a car that is already ecu tuned. I made some more mods to the car, and bouhgt a JB4. My question is, will the JB4 overwrite whatever tune is made before? Or does it conflict in any way? Do i need to get it back to stock ecu before putting on the JB4?

They generally will work together. But first step is to post a map1 log here so we can check what tuning is on it and how to best set the JB4.
