Where does REALOEM.COM get their prices??

Man, I WISH I could buy parts for what RealOEM.com says they cost!

I needed two clips and two "circlips" for a cargo net project in my trunk (putting another one on the driver's side). RealOEM says $4.92 clips, $0.10 circlips. Everyone else says $6.85+ clips, $1.36+ circlips. I need two of each.
Now I know we're talking a couple bucks ($17 instead of $10) in this case, but it's just the latest example. (Cargo net itself was supposed to be less than $21 but actually cost over $26)

I wonder where they get their pricing info from? :shrug

Couldn't tell you for sure, but I never trust that price. Most of the time it doesn't show up, but when it does it's not accurate (especially since sites can set any price they want really). For example, 07146978618 shows up as $2.56 in RealOEM, $2.11 at Parts.com, $2.95 at Turner, and $2.75 at ECS.

They're in Germany. European pricing is very different from American pricing. I usually etk.cc for part numbers instead because they work directly with FCPEuro for pricing that we pay.

Not sure what that part number is for, but those prices are all pretty close. I've never heard of parts.com… I'll have to check those guys out! ;)

Oh, okay I guess that makes sense! GE prices would potentially be cheaper, lol.

Hmmm...gonna check that out right now. Thanx
